At Raha Psychology, each psychoeducational assessment includes:

The Psychoeducational Process at Raha
Here’s what to expect:
1. Intake Meeting
In this first session, we’ll explore your concerns, goals, and questions. We’ll also gather background information about your child’s development, school history, emotional well-being, and areas of strength and challenge. We’ll walk you through the process and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
2. Assessment Sessions
Over two or more sessions, your child will meet with one of our psychologists to complete a series of standardized tasks designed to assess:
- Intellectual reasoning
- Academic skills
- Memory and attention
- Processing speed
- Executive functioning
- Emotional and behavioural functioning (as needed)
We may also ask for feedback from teachers or caregivers through rating scales to help us build a complete picture.
3. Report Writing & Interpretation
Behind the scenes, our psychologists take great care to score and analyze all the data. We integrate the results with observations, background information, and interview insights to write a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report tailored to your child.
4. Feedback Session
In this final session, we’ll review the assessment results with you in detail. This includes:
- A breakdown of your child’s current functioning
- Any diagnoses (if applicable)
- Clear, practical recommendations for home, school, and therapy
- A written report for your records and school team
You’ll leave with tools, clarity, and confidence in the next steps forward.

Our full psychoeducational assessment package is available for $2,600 and includes all sessions, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and your final debrief session.
We offer flexible payment plans split across the process and can work with insurance providers or health spending accounts where applicable.
